常见问题
无法登录
请确认账号、密码、网络连接是否正常。如果账号由企业管理员分配，请联系管理员确认账号状态和权限。
库存或单据数据不一致
请先下拉刷新页面，并确认当前筛选条件、仓库、状态是否正确。如果仍有异常，请提供单据编号和截图。
收不到最新业务数据
请检查网络连接，并退出 App 后重新进入。如果问题持续存在，请将发生时间和账号信息发送给技术支持。
是否需要特殊系统权限
当前版本无相机、定位、通讯录、麦克风等特殊权限要求，仅需要网络访问以连接企业 WMS 服务。

Frequently Asked Questions
Unable to sign in
Please check your account, password, and network connection. If your account is managed by your company, contact your administrator to confirm account status and permissions.
Inventory or document data looks inconsistent
Refresh the page and confirm that the selected filters, warehouse, and status are correct. If the issue continues, please provide the document number and screenshots.
Latest business data is not displayed
Please check your network connection, then close and reopen the app. If the issue continues, send the time of occurrence and account information to support.
Does the app require special system permissions?
The current version does not require camera, location, contacts, microphone, or similar sensitive system permissions. It only requires network access to connect to the enterprise WMS service.
