四、权限说明
当前版本无相机、定位、通讯录、麦克风等特殊系统权限要求，仅需要网络访问以连接企业 WMS 服务。

五、设备 ID 与追踪说明
由于当前 iOS 构建版本包含 NSUserTrackingUsageDescription 配置，App Store Connect 会要求我们披露设备 ID 相关隐私标签。为与 App Store 页面保持一致，我们声明设备 ID 可能用于 App 功能，并可能与用户身份关联及用于追踪目的。
本 App 不包含广告展示功能，也不会出售你的个人信息或企业业务数据。若第三方基础 SDK、系统能力或 Apple 平台规则将设备 ID 的使用归类为追踪，我们会按照 App Store 要求进行披露，并在系统要求时请求用户授权。
用户可以在 iOS 系统设置中管理 App 跟踪透明度授权。若用户拒绝授权，App 的核心 WMS 仓储业务功能通常仍可继续使用，但部分与设备识别、安全校验或服务稳定性相关的能力可能受到影响。
六、信息共享和委托处理
我们不会出售你的个人信息或企业业务数据。为提供服务，我们可能在必要范围内使用云服务器、数据存储、错误日志和网络安全服务。相关服务仅用于实现 Burton Ai WMS 的功能、稳定性和安全目的。
如果法律法规、司法机关、监管机构或企业客户授权要求我们提供相关信息，我们会在合法、必要的范围内处理。
七、数据存储和安全
- 我们采取合理的技术和管理措施保护数据安全。

1. Overview
Burton Ai WMS is an enterprise warehouse management tool used for sign-in, inbound and outbound processing, inventory lookup, business document review, and account management. We value user privacy and enterprise data security, and we process relevant information in a clear, necessary, and reasonable manner.
By using Burton Ai WMS, you acknowledge the data handling practices described in this policy. If you use the app on behalf of a company or organization, please ensure that you have the required authorization.
2. Information We May Collect

3. How We Use Information
- To provide sign-in, identity recognition, and account permission management.
- To display and process warehouse business data, including inbound, outbound, inventory lookup, and business document functions.
- To maintain system security and prevent unauthorized access, abnormal operations, and data leakage.
- To troubleshoot and fix app issues and improve stability and user experience.
- To use Device ID when necessary to support app functionality, security measures, service operation, abnormal access detection, and risk control.
- To respond to user inquiries, support requests, and enterprise management needs.
4. Permissions
The current version does not require camera, location, contacts, microphone, or similar sensitive system permissions. It only requires network access to connect to the enterprise WMS service.

5. Device ID and Tracking Disclosure
Because the current iOS build contains the NSUserTrackingUsageDescription configuration, App Store Connect requires us to disclose privacy label information related to Device ID. To stay consistent with the App Store product page, we disclose that Device ID may be used for app functionality, may be linked to the user's identity, and may be used for tracking purposes.
This app does not display advertisements and we do not sell your personal information or enterprise business data. If third-party foundational SDKs, system capabilities, or Apple platform rules classify the use of Device ID as tracking, we will disclose it as required by the App Store and request user authorization when required by the system.
Users can manage App Tracking Transparency authorization in iOS Settings. If authorization is denied, the core WMS warehouse business functions will generally remain available, but some capabilities related to device identification, security checks, or service stability may be affected.
6. Sharing and Entrusted Processing
We do not sell your personal information or enterprise business data. To provide the service, we may use cloud servers, data storage, error logging, and network security services within the necessary scope. These services are used only for Burton Ai WMS functionality, stability, and security purposes.
If laws, regulations, judicial authorities, regulatory authorities, or authorized enterprise customers require us to provide relevant information, we will process it only within the lawful and necessary scope.
7. Data Storage and Security
- We take reasonable technical and management measures to protect data security.
- Account passwords, business APIs, and backend services should be transmitted through secure connections.
- The retention period for enterprise business data is usually determined by business needs, contractual arrangements, or applicable laws and regulations.
- When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or archive it according to business rules.
8. User Rights
You may contact your enterprise administrator or contact us through the support email to request access, correction, deletion of account information, or consultation about data handling rules. Because Burton Ai WMS is usually managed by an enterprise, some requests may require confirmation from the enterprise administrator.

9. Minors
Burton Ai WMS is intended for enterprise warehouse business users and is not directed to children or minors. Minors should not use the app without guardian and enterprise authorization.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy based on product functionality, legal requirements, or business needs. Updated policies will be displayed on this page or communicated through other reasonable methods and will take effect from the effective date shown on the page.
